In this competitive age, when more and more inventions and innovations are coming up every day, it’s natural for people seeing a close connection between their possession and happiness in life. They find that higher is their income, more they can buy modern amenities to make their life happier.
Covid-19 pandemic turned out to be among the worst disasters world has ever seen till date. World has lost a lot in terms of human and material assets, and counting, over the past one and half years of outbreak. A pandemic can never be bias, same reflected this time.
A number of countries and regions across the world are now on the edge of famine. Millions of people are going hungry due to conflicts, climate change and economic shocks. African continent is among the most vulnerable regions on the Earth, where situation is likely to worsen.
Human civilization has taken the great nature for granted for centuries. Green earth is now not that green in result of large-scale deforestation, urbanization, industrialization and immense pollution. That’s the reason why climate change, weather extremities and other natural calamities are common in modern times.
It’s not a hidden fact that after all this growth and development in human civilization, millions of people globally still go hungry every day. Even after decades of efforts by humanitarian organizations like United Nations and its agencies, we have not been able to eliminate food crisis in many countries.
When we think about healthcare facilities, it doesn’t mean only a big city hospital equipped with all the modern infrastructure, equipment, medicines, and medical experts. In the vulnerable regions and remote areas across the world, healthcare facility has a definition beyond this.
Mass industrialization, deforestation, and urbanization have been devastatingly killing our biodiversity for centuries now. This has resulted in dangerous levels of pollution in air and water, climate change and global warming, and land degradation and desertification.
With new inventions and updates in existing tools taking place every day, we have crossed a long way, making it a historical journey. Newly arrived appliances and gadgets have not only made people’s life easy (sometimes complicated), but being a paramount help in their work and studies in pandemic times.
As social distancing and stay-at-home become inevitable in the battle with Covid-19 pandemic, people are forced to avoid going out on the roads for safety reasons. When world kept itself under lockdown, most of the markets remained closed.
