What people think about you
Many times, people’s thinking about you, their opinions about your life and their interference in your personal matters, put extremely adverse impact on your physical and mental health. Your self-esteem goes downwards drastically and you find yourself almost worthless in your own eyes.
Moreover, sometimes, you end up embracing depression. What did just happen in your happy life? Where did this poison come from to almost destroy you? Who is responsible for this digression of your positive attitude towards a better life? I guess it’s you, yourself, are the main cause of your unhappiness. But how!
What people think about you
Meanwhile, many people in your personal and professional life are directly attached to you. Their opinion matters to you but when their opinion about you is totally opposite to your own life’s core decisions, it hurts you too much and you take it too seriously, affecting your own life in result. If you are even more sensitive, many other people who come in contact with you on just an occasion can also harm you with direct or indirect expression of their negative thinking about you. Think again.
Whose opinion matters!
You can still live a life on your own terms and conditions without giving a thought to the people’s opinions about you, even if they are close to you or not. What is stopping you from growing in life and living a better life is not those people whose thinking about you cannot be changed. It’s you only and it’s your ego that has become bigger than you. If you set apart your ego, you will see the bright side of the situation.
Further, change your mind-set. Take this whole event as a motivation and challenge and just keep moving. Do the bit you can do. Come out of your negative thoughts and be yourself. Furthermore, opinions of other should not harm your life. It’s nothing. You have taken them too seriously. At a moment, it’s a sip of poison but that is not going to kill you. It’s better to take it and move on.
