People demotivate you at work
Sometimes, the people around you are so negative that you feel negativity persisting all over. They feel negative, talk negative, do negative, and the sense of everything becomes negative, making it a mess. And you get fed up of searching some air of positivity amidst all this rubbish.
Many times even you get hopeless and start thinking – do your all efforts are going in vain; is all this going wrong with you; have you really caught up by a directionless situation? And if you continuously think like maybe you are on the wrong track and get demotivated, the motive of these negative fellows is already done.
When people demotivate you at work
That is so because they never fed up of asking you this. “Is this the way through which you are going to get closer to your big goals?” Or maybe they are telling that you are not on the right track. Now what is their objective actually in doing so? Cannot they see you happy or they want to take your morale down. So that they can easily dominate you on various events. What’s their plan in doing so? Is it, by chance or totally, political?
You are going smoothly
You never know or maybe you know it well. Now, who will make them understand, if without a track you can go so smoothly, then what’s the use of a track. And cannot they understand, if you had been on the track, then what would have been the scene of your journey? Amid this not-so-good-situation, the big question is – what’s your responsibility towards you and your big dreams?
You just need to think, think and think over this. And don’t let yourself down just because they want that. You just need to be careful about the political situation against you designed by these negative fellows. You just need to be positive amid all this negativity. And you have to be self-motivated.
Cheers…
