It’s time to do editing of your video yourself. So, while editing your video what you should have, actually, what you must have. These days you can easily do your video editing on your mobile phone, your smartphone because it has many apps which help you in editing your video. But if you ask me, I edit my videos and films on my laptop.
Use editing software
I think I will suggest you to do it on laptop only because you can find there some professional kind of editing software, and working on that you can get more professional experience than just working on an app on your smartphone. So, you must have a laptop or system and also editing software. I do my video editing or film editing on Hitfilm Express. Further, I will show you how I edit my videos and films. Let’s go to the editing room.

Welcome to the editing room.
Here, we go into the editing software.
Click Open
So, new project seems fine
Here, we import media first
Let’s take a clip
Import Media
Here is the media uploaded
Now, if you want to trim it, then you can do it here
Otherwise, take it to the timeline or workflow
Change Background
You can make composite shot
If you want to change the background, make a composite shot
Go to Effects
Take green screen key
Background removed
Now, we must have a pic or clip for this background
We can take this one from the device

Effects for cinematic look
Go to the Editor
Color Correction and Color Grading
Meanwhile, it’s important for cinematic look – color correction and color grading
I picked auto color correction
Then. I chose one for color grading
Go to Filmlook
Further, if you want some more effect for cinematic look, go to filmlook
From Filmlook, picking a preset
And for cinematic look, we also need Letterbox or cinematic bars
