Apparently, these feelings which are the outcome of the unhappy thoughts, must not be good ones. These are sad ones, shaking, bullying, harassing or hurting you enormously in this dark hour of night. And you are so much far from the present that the current time in clock doesn’t matter for you at all. Present has no space and this moment has no existence. Either you are in pain of the dry wounds of past or you are in tension of the doubtful plans of future.

Present is all what you have

Moreover, if you are still more sensitive, these sad feelings will take no time to introduce you with depression. That can be much more menacing than you can ever think of. The better way to keep yourself safe from more difficult situation is this. Don’t let your inner drama go so far from the present that your return becomes a difficult journey.

Tell yourself time and again that present is all what you have. Past was just a moment in shape of present that has gone, and future will come to you as present only. Try to know where the end of your inner drama lies, and don’t go too far. However, note that being sad occasionally is not depression. But trying to be a little less unhappy can take you towards bliss faster.
