Communication is master key
Communication is the master key to unlock power of mind and drop egos of the mankind, making people know the real human beings inside us. Ego stops you from being what you are. Your ego is certainly not you. Your ego is a wall between you and your mind. Remember that your mind is other than you. If you are in-charge of your mind.
Ego is not an attribute of your personality. But when you are in control of your mind, your mind takes shape of ego and the ego becomes apparent in your personality. Now how to overcome your ego? This has only one answer and that is you have to realize the difference between you and your mind.
Communication is the master key
Your mind has ego and not you have because you are not your mind. You will not be everything your mind wants you to become. You will be yourself, a separate entity from your mind. Moreover, you will not be the slave of your mind from now. And then, you will control your mind and shape it up as per your own personality. You will give command to your mind, “Hey buddy…let go of ego and be just a mind not myself.”

By this way you will be in-chief of your mind, which will follow your instructions and coordinate with you as per your requirements. There will be no space for ego from now. That is going to be the best communication between you and your mind. Further, you are going to see your real self now. That was not possible in the presence of ego between you and your mind. And think it this way too.
Ego is also stopping you from making a real connection with your family, friends, colleagues and other human entities you come into touch everyday in your life, or those whom you meet for the first time or rarely. Furthermore, real communication with the mind and with the people around us, in the absence of ego, makes us meet the real selves of each other. And that is possible only when you use the master key called communication.
