Life lessons and life goals
You wait for sunshine for quite a long time and you get rain. You look for rain for a while and you get sunshine. It happens often in life. In fact that’s the life itself. Same experiences we get year after year in different situations. Same happened this year, the year 2013, which is bidding us good bye.
Every going year, in fact moment, teaches us a number of lessons. Like other past years, 2013 taught me some of the lessons in its own unique way. The lessons I had already known but last year I learnt them more specifically with more maturity which I am acquiring consistently.
Life lessons and life goals
Be specific about what you want from life, constantly look for achieving your dreams, try to carry on the right path towards your goal, concentrate on whatever you are working on, practice it until you get perfection, don’t trust everyone, don’t give importance to people who take you for granted, don’t waste time on those who don’t deserve it, don’t be over excited and believe in yourself without bothering what people think about you.
And finally we are entering the year 2014. Normally, I don’t make resolutions as I know it is not easy to stick to them. However, this time I have made some resolutions and I will try, may be not very strictly, to follow them. I don’t have a large list of resolutions for this year. It’s a small one but still important one for me.
Take some resolutions
Firstly, I will imbibe the above lessons of life and will try not to commit those mistakes again. It doesn’t mean I regret committing those mistakes. They were meant for learning and I got more maturity after committing them. So, no regrets are there. But they are not meant for repeating. So, I should be careful now.
Secondly, I will start working on those projects which are important for my goal and life but still pending and seeking my attention for a long time. These are some special things I want to do and I have to do in order to achieve personal, professional, creative, emotional, psychological, philosophical, social and financial heights.
With this small agenda, let us welcome the New Year and hope for the best. With a few resolutions, let us try to get all the happiness and satisfaction in the New Year. And with some good thoughts, let us say Happy New Year 2014.
Cheers…
