Keep your hope alive

Sometimes you find yourself In low mood, sad or depressed without any reason or due to many reasons and after even a lot of pondering, you are not sure about the actual reason behind it. But one thing you are sure is you are in low mood, sad or depressed. Again, only after a gap of three months, I have managed to write the blogpost.

This period had been neither depressing nor enthralling for me. But nothing much exciting had appeared in these days which I would have liked to have share here. These days, I find myself packed with my work schedule and having little time for friends and even for myself. However, I try to stay connected with them via technology – phone, mail, chat options.

Steps to keep hope alive

I try to involve in reading books which I always liked to read. I try to engage with watching movies which I always loved to watch. Also, I try to associate with writing pieces which I always wanted to write. For doing all this, I have to face many day-to-day barriers, including time, energy and mood.

So, I arrange time, recollect energy and make mood to do at least one of these things everyday. And someday for any reason if I cannot do any of the said things, I just try to schedule more time for these things for next day. Comparing to those days when I could not manage to do all these things due to some inevitable work reasons, I am glad now.

Things are moving now

That at least things are moving now, maybe with a slow pace. And I am able to make at least some time for my hobbies and these reconstructive things for more personal growth. These small things are small steps towards my big target. However, some big steps are still out of the frame. I am trying to build the base first so that taking big steps can be easier.

However, it’s depressing when something that deserve to be on the center-stage is out of frame. Many doubts, assumptions and negative things happening around you make everything more depressing. And it’s hope for the better, which brings you out from the sense of sadness each of such days. So, I am hoping that the things will soon be on the boat.
