- Not following heart: These unhappy people become so negative that they never follow their heart. Also, they lose their risk-taking ability if they had any. They focus on only negative part of every aspect, becoming pessimist and seeing themselves as victim of life.
- Focusing on needs: They are never grateful for what they already have. Instead of focussing on their dreams and aspirations, unhappy people keep complaining of what they don’t have. As their income grows, they chase more things, and become unhappier in life.
More negative habits you should avoid
- Not interested in present: Unhappy people either brood on their past or keep waiting for a future event to be happy again. Hanging out with past and future occasions, they totally miss out to enjoy their present. Further, they forget, it’s only ‘now’ moment what they own.
- Having grudges with others: They easily get hurt from the words and acts of others. Unhappy people hold on to grudges with people who wronged them, and don’t want to forgive them. They keep comparing themselves with others, holding jealousy and envy like feelings.
- Enjoying bad company: These unhappy people like to hand around with people of their own type. They tend to be comfortable with a surrounding of unhappy people. That is because in such company they would keep complaining of life and get approval instantly from others.
