In New World your peacock score determines if your house gets publicly displayed. Houses allow you to increase your storage, have trophies, and teleport from town to town. In New World a house can also be decorated increasing its peacock score allowing you to show it off to everyone else.
This video details how peacock score works as well as what to work on and what to watch out for when decorating your house. Peacock score is based on the furniture you use as well as your territory standing earnings every two days.
